The Client may have internal operations staff comprising information analysts, business analysts, process analysts, systems analysts and program managers or may have none of these people currently.  IAD works with the Client's internal operations staff to design the desired Information Asset and conduct the development.  IAD fills any missing Client staff role necessary for successful completion of the Information Asset development.
